Whenever possible, I post the docs to this site as PDFs. In some cases, I have to post it as an excel or word file. Unfortunately, they don’t always open easily as a straight download. Try downloading the file and then opening it through the program rather than double-clicking the icon, that often works. You may need to install Open Office in order to open these few documents if this doesn’t work.
